Compensation goes beyond a competitive annual salary. Our employee benefits are robust and include paid time off, insurance, and 401k contributions along with other perks like profit sharing. We maintain a hybrid work schedule, with three days a week in the office, leveraging that time for in-person meetings, collaboration and community. We also provide a “work from anywhere” perk a few weeks a year, and typically implement shortened “summer Fridays” office hours, giving team members additional flexiblity and time off.
