Ale is our Uruguayan-based web developer with more than 20 years of experience. Ale likes photography, video games and arts in general. He’s passionate about new technologies and enjoys his free time with friends discovering craft beer pubs.

With a results-driven mindset, Alyssa strives to always be one step ahead and drive successful campaigns for our technology clients. As a Minnesota native now living in the Arizona desert, Alyssa is always ready for her next adventure.

Bianca is a communications specialist, helping clients connect with their audiences through storytelling across traditional and digital media. She excels at strategic planning, research and coming up with creative ideas. She loves hiking, reading, cooking and yoga.

Brooke is equal parts strategist, project leader and PR maven. She secures valuable publicity and brand awareness, and comes to the table with creative strategies to push clients to success, keeping business objectives top of mind. If she's not nose deep in a book, she indulges in culinary adventures, thumbs through vinyl or is in search of the perfect cheeseburger.

Cameron excels at sharing client stories and ensuring seamless communication with clients for the best results possible. Born and raised on the West Coast, Cameron loves exploring nature, trying new restaurants, and obsessing over podcasts and indie music.

Cassidy loves creating content that inspires and educates, analyzing data, and is always on the look-out for the latest social trend or change in the algorithm. Outside of work, Cassidy can be found reading, cooking, or spending time with her dog, Sparky.

As a digital marketing veteran, Chris is passionate about an integrated and holistic approach for Kiterocket’s clients. She’s strategized and implemented everything spanning SEO, display and search ads, social, analytics and more. She speaks dev and works with creative teams too. Chris enjoys family time, exploring galleries and art museums, reading two to three books simultaneously, and making improvements on her mid-century home.

Dean Freeman is a semiconductor industry techno-marketing explorer, looking at how the industry is evolving, how that will impact our clients, and how Kiterocket can help them take advantage of those changes. In winter he teaches skiing, and in summer you'll find him on or in the water.

With over 20 years of experience, German brings creative vision to Kiterocket’s clients, from concept to creation. His thought process adds a unique perspective to his work across website design, UX/UI experience, visual brand development, graphic design, experiential marketing and more. He enjoys playing the guitar, inventing gadgets, getting in deep contact with nature, and traveling.

Passionate about mitigating climate collapse, Jessica has worked in clean energy marketing for the past decade and built up PR and marketing departments for fast-growing solar energy companies. As a storyteller, she enjoys deconstructing complex technologies to make them understandable and engageable. She enjoys plant-based cooking and volunteering to help people transition their career to climate tech and voter registration.

Joe leverages his decades of industry leadership experience as a subject-matter expert and business development resource for the agency. Passionate about a care and concern culture, learning, and meeting new people, Joe enjoys family time, travel, and serving the community.

With over a decade of experience (half of that in smart energy), Josh brings his love of storytelling to Kiterocket's Sustainable Living division, giving voice to some of the most passionate brands in the industry. When not working, you can find him walking the beach in beautiful, foggy Pacifica, California with his wife, Cheri, and dog, Happy.

Whether she’s exploring solar technology or consumer food brands, Kacey has a deep passion for storytelling. As a former journalist, she loves combining her love of written communication with digital strategy. She’s a lifelong Arizona native (go Devils!) and a dog mom.

A media relations specialist, Kasia is known for her skills in securing consistent coverage for her clients. She has built strong relationships with reporters at the national and local level. In her free time she loves exploring small towns.

Kate is a recent Graduate of the University of Oregon with a degree in Public Relations. She is cultivating her passion for communication, building relationships, and collaboration through her role as a PR intern at Kiterocket.

Khanh (pronounced "can") loves helping clients and teammates improve efficiency in communications and project management. She holds a master's in mass communication and a BA in English. Born in Vietnam, she grew up in Arizona and enjoys planning her next overseas trip.

Lauren is a motivated team-player who works collaboratively to enhance client’s public presence. She is pursuing a degree in mass communication to develop a strong foundation in strategic relations. Originally from Illinois, she enjoys trying new cuisines and coffee shops.

A 30-year tech PR and communications veteran, Lisa parlays her love of language and storytelling into developing impactful content for Kiterocket clients. Single mom to her daughter (and many pets), Lisa is an avid reader, music lover, and San Francisco Giants and 49ers fan.

As a member of the technology team, Maddie develops strong relationships with clients to discover and execute client goals. She has been a cellist for 14 years and enjoys exploring the Phoenix area in her spare time.

Mindy is an enthusiastic and supportive resource for her team members—thriving on creative collaboration. With her meticulous organizational skills, she excels in serving a diverse industry of clients. She enjoys exploring new food, culture and travel destinations.

A passionate and creative leader, Molly excels at collaborating with a diversity of opinions on a variety of topics. Pursuing a master in mass communication, Molly is ready to tackle communication strategies for clients across the technology and sustainable living sectors.

Nicole combines her analytical mind and creative passion to fuel her storytelling. With a passion for multimedia, she enjoys working on a variety of projects to achieve clients' goals. In her free time she enjoys crocheting, traveling and trying new foods.

Raul brings nearly 20 years of multimedia design experience. His ability to remain calm and focused in the midst of multiple deadlines and a storm of chaos is more than a trait, it is just how he rolls. He loves photography, playing games and spending time with his family.

Born in Tacoma, raised in Seattle, educated in Boston, Roger has been a PR professional for 30 years. A published, award-winning writer, he has led successful PR campaigns for large and small brands. Roger also serves as a crisis manager where a cool head helps clients from losing theirs.

With a knack for relationship building, Rose manages a full range of HR programs and functions. She is known for her positive attitude, organization and willingness to support employees. An Arizona native and a natural-born athlete, she will try any sport once or twice.

Sandy is a driven PR pro and natural storyteller. Her deep tech background helps to secure earned media results for clients. She loves hiking, boating, tending to her garden, and spending quality time with her husband, two children and three dogs.

As a seasoned PR pro, Sara is skilled in grabbing busy reporter's attention with her talent for identifying strong storytelling opportunities. She enjoys building solid relationships with the media and clients alike. Hailing from Upstate New York native, Sara is a certified yoga instructor, traveler, and proud mom of two rescue dogs.

Shawn is all about the content. He’s known for coming up with outside-the-box strategies and engaging digital content. He lives for photography, painting, design (sound and graphic), music making, and anything else that falls into the realm of creative.

Responsible for tech clients’ and Kiterocket’s own PR, Stephanie is a creative, outside-the-box thinker who talks with her hands. She’s sociable and enjoys meeting new people, exploring new destinations, immersing herself in a good novel and being hands-on as a mom.

Steve brings a wide variety of experience and tools to his clients. From solar manufacturers to consumer food products and sports bars, Steve utilizes his experience to provide nuanced strategy and support to his accounts. Steve enjoys all-things sports, spending time with his family, and watching terrible reality TV.

Talmia uses her deep understanding of consumer behavior to create winning digital strategies for Kiterocket clients. Growing up in Sri Lanka and Southern California, she loves water activities, hosting family and friends, spending time with her nephew and reading.
