Q&A

Within Kiterocket, what are you known for?

People come to me for a lot of things, but I’m most proud of quickly clearing barriers and finding solutions.

What’s your proudest career moment or accomplishment to date?

I’m proud of the relationships I’ve built with clients and through those, many clients continue to trust us to deliver high-quality work and results through integrated campaigns. There are lots of other moments that brought me joy, like a creative pop-up shop in NYC, a client getting picked up by Sephora, and witnessing former mentees flourish at other agencies or in-house jobs.

What is it you love about your work?

There are so many amazing businesses out there making an impact on our world and it’s a privilege when we get to work with them. On top of that, I love the challenge of determining what tools in our toolbox can strategically come together to make the biggest impact possible.

How would your colleagues describe you in three words?

Dependable. Organized. Multi-faceted.

What inspires you to get up every morning?

Mentoring my team and watching them grow and mature within their careers is an inspiration. I also enjoy seeing how our hard work and dedication pays off for the client in a myriad of measurable ways.
